Hesnæs Havn
About the harbor
Welcome to Hesnæs Harbour
Hesnæs Harbour is a small fishing village, where some well-preserved and protected houses remain, uniquely covered with thatch on the roof, facades, and gables. These houses were built after the storm surge in 1872. Commercial fishing is still active in the village.
Every summer, the harbour is visited by many sailors with long-standing familiarity with the area.
Note: The harbour is closed to visiting boats due to storm surge damage.
