Welcome to Vordingborg North Harbour

The harbour plan is in the process of being updated. The depth between pier 2 and pier 3 is now 2.20 m, allowing larger vessels to enter the harbour to berth. The depth of the channel is 2.30 m.

Welcome to Vordingborg Harbour. The North Harbour is known for having one of the most beautiful entrances where you sail towards the towm’s landmark, the Goose Tower, that towers over the ruins of Valdemar Atterdag's Castle - one of Denmark's largest medieval castles. When you berth in Vordingborg North Harbour, you will be berthing right at the foot of Danish history.

From the top of the Goose Tower, you can enjoy stunning views of town, land and sea. Don’t forget to visit the Castle Center at the castle ruins for a virtual experience.

You are just minutes from the town of Vordingborg, where throughout the summer you can enjoy an increasing number of cultural and musical experiences for young and old, including Denmark's largest children's festival, Vilde Vulkaner - ‘Wild Volcanoes’, - the music festival Vordingborg Festuge, the Waves Festival and much more. You are only a short distance from restaurants, cafés and shopping.

Every year in mid-July, the music festival Vordingborg Festuge takes place, featuring the biggest music acts in the kingdom. All concerts are free of charge. The entire town is in a real party mood for the festival week. There are stalls everywhere and the whole town is buzzing with life. When the festival week ends with a big fireworks display, the harbour is the best place to be for an amazing experience.

Vordingborg North Harbour is a beautiful natural harbour within walking distance to the town centre and the town’s attractions. There are toilets and bathing facilities, the yachting club's clubhouse can also be used by visiting sailors, and the harbour has several good places to eat that will suit all tastes and budgets. New discount scheme

Your 3rd night is free after 2 consecutive nights in one of the municipality's other harbours. The 2 nights don't have to be in the same harbour, you can stay one night in one harbour and the next night in another harbour.
Permanent residents who visit one of the municipality’s other harbours can get up to two consecutive nights free of charge.
Both discount schemes are valid throughout the year.
Also applies to motorhomes.
