Welcome to Melsted Harbor
Melsted Harbor is a small, private harbor, beautifully situated between two skerries, Sorteskær and Guleskær. Built from granite in 1884, the harbor is home to around 50 local leisure boats and dinghies, but also warmly welcomes smaller visiting yachts. The charming fishing village of Melsted, with its well-preserved half-timbered houses and narrow, winding streets, is steeped in history and coziness. East of the harbor, you'll find the north coast's largest sandy beach, surrounding the old seaside hotel, which still operates and offers a gourmet experience. Just 300 meters from the harbor is the historic Melstedgård Agricultural Museum, where you can explore the island's rich farming traditions.
Welcome to Melsted Harbor – a peaceful oasis filled with history and Bornholm charm.
Note: The marking of the approach at 208 degrees must be followed to ensure a safe passage between the skerries.
