About the harbor
Welcome to Kalvø Harbor
South of Årøsund, you will find Genner Bay, at the end of which lies Kalvø Harbor. The harbor is well-protected and surrounded by natural scenery. Kalvø is connected to the mainland by a causeway. The harbor offers toilet and bathing facilities, a sailors’ kitchen, and a barbecue area.
Throughout the island, tables and benches have been placed where visitors can sit and enjoy the beautiful nature. The bathing hotel offers a service where you can order pre-packed lunch boxes to take with you around the island or out on the water – very convenient since there are no shopping facilities on the island.
