Welcome to Hjarbæk Harbour
An idyllic little harbour located at the southernmost point of the Limfjord. The harbour is particularly known for its many traditional boats (sjægte) and the cozy inn.
Viborg Sailing Club and Viborg Municipality jointly own Hjarbæk Harbour. The sailing club owns the two east-west piers located furthest north, while the inner part of the harbour basin and the asphalt pier are owned by the municipality.
There are many berths: 75 berths in the municipal part of the harbour and 45 berths in the sailing club's section. In addition, Viborg Sailing Club owns all the facilities in the harbour, such as the slipway, environmental shed, mast crane, waste disposal, common areas, and clubhouse.
The harbour is purely a marina with a total of approximately 120 berths, divided between motorboats, sailboats, and dinghies.
