Welcome to Hammerhavn
All-Inclusive in the harbor fees (showers, toilets, water, electricity, and wireless internet). Located in the former granite shipping harbor of "Hammerværket," which is nestled in Bornholm's most beautiful natural surroundings, right at the foot of the Hammershus Ruins, guest sailors are welcome throughout the outer basin and in available spots in the inner harbor. Hammerhavn doesn’t offer city life or modern service facilities but is an incredibly scenic harbor in a stunning natural setting.
The harbor is an ideal starting point for hikes in Slotslyngen or on Hammerknuden. Whether you want to explore nature, the abandoned quarries, or the fascinating history of the largest castle ruin in the Nordic countries, this place is unique in many ways. A boat trip with the harbor's tour boats, where guides explain the area's exciting nature, reaches its peak when you sail into one of the deep caves of the bird cliffs.
Just a few hundred meters from the harbor, you’ll find Hammersøen with a barbecue pavilion and viewing bridge, or try a ride on Denmark's longest zip line at Opalsøen. The harbor has a lounge with a grill, and there is a sandy beach at the harbor. The nearest town is Sandvig (2 km away).
