Welcome to Dyvig Bro
Dyvig Bro, located on the picturesque island of Als, is a small and charming marina with space for around 80 boats. The harbor, owned by brothers Bent and John Larsen, was established in connection with the creation of the nearby Dyvig Badehotel. In 2008, the brothers entered into a long-term lease agreement with the property company behind the former shipowner Hans Michael Jebsen and began the construction of the harbor. Since 2010, when both the hotel and the harbor were completed, Dyvig Bro has been a popular destination for sailors from near and far.
Entering Dyvig Bro
As you approach Dyvig Bro, you will navigate through a narrow passage, locally known as "E Gaf." Here, the navigation channel is only about 30 meters wide at its narrowest point, with a depth of approximately 3 meters at high water. On summer days, you might be greeted by a herd of curious cows grazing close to the entrance, just a few meters from the sailing vessels.
Idyllic Surroundings and Dyvig Badehotel
Immediately upon entering, you'll be greeted by the impressive sight of Dyvig Badehotel. This beautiful 4-star hotel, built by the former shipowner Hans Michael Jebsen, offers both à la carte and gourmet dining experiences in its restaurants. The hotel is an architectural gem and provides a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday or a weekend getaway in the scenic area.
