Premiere and Limfjord Chefs

From 12:00 – Free entry to the Arena — Tastings DKK 35 each

Taste the season’s first oysters and mussels, prepared by gourmet chefs from the Limfjord region. Come because you love oysters and mussels — or to try them for the very first time.

The oyster bar and tasting sales by the Limfjord chefs open at 12:15. Enjoy freshly opened oysters and champagne from the Danish Championships in Oyster Opening and Champagne Sabering.

Hosts: Kim Thygesen from the Danish Chef Association and Timm Vladimir.

  • 13:00 Danish Championships in Champagne Sabering and Oyster Opening – senior preliminaries and junior finals

  • 15:00 Announcement of senior finalists and junior award ceremony
