Guest berths are limited, and the waterway traffic can be busy, especially around Nyhavn and Christianshavn, where sightseeing boats, kayaks, and rental vessels are common. The water quality is excellent, but swimming is only allowed in designated areas.
The Inner Harbour offers a vibrant city-harbor ambience, great access to public transport and the whole city, as well as easy reach to restaurants, culture, and shopping — perfect for a sailing trip with a metropolitan feel.
