Hirsholm Havn

Welcome to Hirsholm Harbour

Hirsholmene is primarily a nature reserve, and special rules apply regarding movement and stay on the island. Please respect the restricted areas, including the entire southern pier, during the bird breeding season. Pets are not allowed on the island or in the harbour, including dogs and cats, and access to the uninhabited islands is prohibited.

The island is a small, charming place with a lighthouse, a church, and houses, as well as both rocky beaches and a small bathing beach in Præstebugten. The lighthouse is usually open on the days when the ferry Seadog operates. There are picnic tables at the harbour, a small bird observation point, and an information house.
