At Østerberg Ice Cream in Kerteminde, every scoop is made with a focus on quality ingredients, craftsmanship and great flavour. The ice cream is created by Cathrine Østerberg, who grew up in Kerteminde and also runs ice cream shops in Copenhagen.

Ice cream made with care

Choose from classic favourites, creamy soft serve and seasonal flavours. If you're looking for something a little different, try Asian-inspired varieties such as lychee, dragon fruit or durian, with flavours changing throughout the season. The menu also includes homemade waffle cones, homemade meringues and freshly brewed coffee, while seasonal pastries are supplied by pastry chef Helle Thrige Stenkjær.
