The restaurant Fjord is located at the harbor in Struer. Here, we combine flavor, quality, and local ingredients with a stunning view over the Limfjord. Our goal is to create a relaxed and cozy atmosphere for you.

FJORD’s menu blends the best of Nordic and French cuisine, with a focus on seasonal ingredients. Each dish is crafted with care to highlight taste and craftsmanship – always with a culinary surprise.

Oskar Brink Svendsen is first and foremost your host, but also head chef at Restaurant Fjord. Despite his young age, he has several years of experience from a Michelin-starred restaurant and has been selected for the Danish national culinary team.
