Restaurant & Orangery

The menu at Rabarbergaarden's restaurant is based on ingredients from the farm and selected local producers. The kitchen focuses on skilled craftsmanship, seasonal ingredients, and flavours inspired by the surrounding landscape.

The Farm Shop

The farm shop offers a selection of vegetables, herbs, fruit, meat, and other quality products from the farm and local producers. You will also find flour from Nordsjællands Fællesmølleri, vine, vinegars, delicacies, and a carefully selected range of kitchenware.

The selection changes with the seasons and reflects the ingredients available throughout the year.

The Farm Bakery

The farm bakery bakes bread using freshly milled flour from heritage grains such as Öland wheat, emmer and rye. The flour comes from local grain producers and is milled at the local mill in Halsnæs. The bread is made with sourdough and long fermentation to create great flavour and texture.

You'll also find a tempting selection of cakes and sweet treats – from meringues and cinnamon swirls to seasonal tarts, which you can enjoy on site or take home.

The Garden House – Rabarbergaarden Plant Nursery

During spring and summer, The Garden House offers seeds, young plants, potting soil, and gardening equipment. The staff is happy to share advice and inspiration for growing your own garden.

Haver til Maver

Rabarbergaarden is also home to Haver til Maver, an educational programme where children and young people gain hands-on experience with growing produce, cooking, and understanding where food comes from.
