Welcome to the Munkeruphus Café – Homemade Food in Beautiful Surroundings

Visit the cozy café located in the former living room at Munkeruphus – with a crackling fireplace, views of the Øresund Strait, and food made from scratch. The house chef, Charlotte Nowak, serves flavorful lunch dishes, homemade cakes, and brunch on weekends.

You are also welcome to enjoy your meal in the atmospheric greenhouse or at the tables in the garden.

A Small Café with a Big Heart

As far as possible, organic ingredients are used, and the café collaborates with small local producers. All bread is baked with flour from Kornby Mill in Lynge.

The Munkeruphus café is operated by a small team of employees and many volunteers. Therefore, your patience is appreciated during busy times. Ordering and payment take place at the counter, and guests are encouraged to help clear their table and sort dishes into the provided bins.

If you are a member of Munkeruphus Kunstvenner, you get a 10% discount in the café.

It is recommended to book a table to ensure seating.

• Outdoor seating cannot be reserved, but you are welcome to move outside if the weather allows.
