About the harbor
The marinas in Nykøbing Falster are an amalgamation comprising the Vikingen club as well as motorboatclub and the Firskeriforeningen. The marinas are centrally located in the Guldborg sound, close to the region?s largest market town. Nykøbing Falster offers lots of interesting cultural experiences and activities. In the summer, there is a summer revue as well as jazzin the square, and in the first week of August the Nykøbing Falster Festival is on. On the other side of the Guldborg soundis the Medieval Centre, where you can experience medieval times at close quarters. The harbour is at Guldborgsund, and there are 4 different ports. Speed must be kept at 5 knots in the habour. The Bridge King Frederik IX over Guldborgsund is south of Nykoebing F. Free wide and by daily water level the height is 4,0 m.
